1) BKM300 Optical wireless tv headphones do not compatible with streaming tv / APPs.

2）BKM300 Optical connection only supports TV’s Optical output port, if it needs to connect to TV box or other devices, please connect via other connections.

No sound from headphones when connecting to TV with USB?

1) If the USB port of the TV supports audio output: Open the sound settings and adjust the TV audio to “USB”.

2) If the USB port of the TV does not support audio output: Change the connection method to optical fiber, 3.5 mm or RCA.

How to connect the tv headphones wireless to the TV through OPTICAL connection?

1) Adjust the TV settings to “External Speaker” or “PCM”

2) Unplug any device from the 3.5mm AUX jack when using the OPTICAL output.
