＞BKM300 Optical wireless tv headphones do not compatible with streaming tv / APPs.

＞Only plugged into the TV USB port:

1) TV’s USB port SUPPORTS output audio: Adjust the TV audio to “USB”.

2) TV’s USB does NOT support output audio: Change connection to OPTICAL, 3.5mm or RCA.

＞Connect the TV headphones to the TV through OPTICAL connection:

Tips: BKM300 Optical connection only supports TV’s Optical output port, if it needs to connect to TV box or other devices, please connect via other connections.

1) Adjust the TV setting to “External Speaker”. And the TV audio format/Digital Sound Out is set to “PCM” or “Dolby/DTS” is “OFF”.

2) Unplug any device from the 3.5mm AUX jack while using the OPTICAL out.

＞Connect the BKM300 TV headphones to TV via OPTICAL or RCA (red/white) connection, adjust the TV audio setting to “PCM” and “Exteral Speakers”.

3. If the headphone received poor sound:

＞This is caused by the incompatible TV and USB transmitter. Please take off the USB transmitter from the TV, and get power to the USB transmitter via power adapter.
